1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website The Salon located at 123 Oxford Street, London. By accessing this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use The Salon's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

2.1 Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice.

2.2 Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide this may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.

2.3 Lateness: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service time.

3. Skin Tests

For certain services (e.g., hair colouring, lash tinting), a skin patch test is mandatory at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to complete a required patch test will result in the cancellation of your service for your safety.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, The Salon and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on The Salon. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from https://thesalon.london for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
